Finders have the following possibilities to report a find:
  • Call +800 88 777 6666 (free of charge ¹)
  • or call +31 88 777 6666 (international charges apply)
  • Report the find online

1) The "+" sign refers to the applicable international access code you need to dial in your country. In most countries, "+" means you need to dial "00" before the rest of the number.

To listen to a finder's voicemail or to change your contact (cell)phone number or PINcode:

  • Call +31 88 777 6614 when calling from anywhere in the world¹ (international charges apply)
  • or 088 777 6614 when calling from the Netherlands (national charges apply)
  • Go to the member area

  • You can use the redDog worldwide courier service FOR FREE once a year if you lost something and you are not (anymore) in the finder's proximity.
  • If you already have had an item delivered this year, you get an up to 60% discount on the Easy2send courier service.
  • Charges are based on weight, volume, distance and speed of delivery. As a redDog member you are entitled to discounts of up to 60% on regular charges.
    Example: To transport a camera from Groningen (NL) to Rotterdam (NL) without urgency you only pay EUR 12,-
  • The redDog courier will request payment upon delivery of your lost property. Terms and conditions apply.
